Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of level9os.com and any publicly-facing Level9OS communications, including articles, interactive features, and inquiry channels. Product subscriptions, implementations, and advisory or operating services are governed by the applicable order form, statement of work, subscription terms, or other written agreement, not by these public Terms.

Level9 Consulting, LLC, doing business as Level9OS, builds operating products and supports implementation through advisory and operating services. A product or service identified as belonging to another legal entity is governed by that entity's terms.

You may read, share, and cite content on this site with attribution. You may not:

• Scrape or bulk-download content for AI training without written permission;
• Misrepresent Level9OS as the operator of products it does not operate;
• Use Level9OS's marks in your own marketing without permission.

All articles, frameworks, and brand marks on this site are owned by Level9OS LLC unless explicitly attributed otherwise.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Level9 Consulting, LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation:

• implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
• warranties arising out of course of dealing, usage, or trade;
• warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful code;
• warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, including AI-generated output;
• warranties regarding specific outcomes, results, or economic value derived from using the Services.

AI outputs produced through the Services are generated by statistical models and may contain errors, omissions, or fabrications. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or distributing it. No AI output should be treated as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice unless separately verified by a qualified human professional.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in those jurisdictions the above exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• In no event will Level9 Consulting, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Services.
• The aggregate liability of Level9 Consulting, LLC for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Level9 Consulting, LLC for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
• These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, statutory, or otherwise) and even if Level9 Consulting, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by Laws of the State of Montana, USA. Disputes resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montana.
